Minimum Wholesale Orders

We have wholesale minimums on all of our products, and these vary depending on the production process for each product. A consideration also are shipping rates, where it can be more economical to ship in certain quantities. Please contact us regarding minimums and shipping options.

Placing Orders

Orders can be placed by email or fax. Our prices do not include freight charges, and these need to be calculated separately. If your order is FOB, we will negotiate the best shipping price and communicate this to you for your agreement before processing the order.

Delivery Times

We carry limited stock, therefore depending on the size of your order we may need to manufacture the entire order. Delivery time will depend on the product ordered. For example soaps require a 30-day curing time  before wrapping. Therefore, depending on the size of your order the standard delivery time will be between around 45  days (date of deposit to date of shipping).

Terms of Payment

• Due to currency fluctuations, a final price commitment is made on the placement and acceptance of the order.
• A 50% deposit is required before commencing the manufacture of your order.
• If your order is ex-factory, the balance is payable prior to handing over the goods.
• For FOB orders, the balance is due prior to shipping.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Telegraphic Transfer. Once your order has been confirmed and freight costs calculated, we will forward to you our bank details. You should fax or email a copy of your Telegraphic Transfer bank receipt so that your order can be processed promptly.
