About Us

Our Origins
Indochine Natural was founded in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, during 2006 by Ms. Le Thanh Thuy (a Vietnamese fashion designer) and Dr. Mike Thair (an Australian scientist) who both have a passion for handmade natural cosmetics and Fair Trade.

The core principles that have driven product development every step of the way since our beginnings are simplicity, integrity, and authenticy to produce products for every day use that are toxin and synthetic free.

Company Growth
We are a small company that aims to grow at a sustainable rate. Therefore we are reluctant to take on more than we can realistically handle. We aim to develop long-term Fair Trade business relationships to produce good quality products and reliable service.

Fair Trade Principles are at the Core of Everything We Do
As a proud member of  the World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO) - Asia, our company operates under Fair Trade standards. We provide opportunities for women and disadvantaged producers to empower them with local production and capacity development as means of improving their living standards. Environment
Our production processes are environmentally friendly. We have implemented procedures to minimize waste, as this is a major problem in most production processes.

Ingredient Disclosure & Quality
We personally test and try every product before it leaves our production facility. We believe in full ingredient disclosure. Our philosophy is that customers have the right to know exactly what they are putting on their skin and hair. Our production facility operates under GMP conditions, and has a fully documented Quality System.
